Contributions to polkadot.pl
We do not read every message posted in the forums and, as such, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. You agree and understand that by using this site, it is possible that you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
Where you are invited to submit any contribution to the site (including any text, photographs, graphics, audio, films or other moving images) you agree, by submitting your contribution, that you do so in accordance with these terms including, in particular, the following:
b) you warrant to us that your contribution is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to us for all the purposes specified above;
c) you warrant that your contribution is not: obscene, menacing, abusive, defamatory, threatening, likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety, in breach of confidence, in breach of any intellectual property right (including without limitation, copyright), or is in breach of or violates any applicable law, or regulation, or code;

If you do not want to grant to Polkadot London Limited the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to the site.

The site may contain advertising and sponsorship material. Advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of advertising which they submit to us, including ensuring that it complies with relevant laws, codes and regulations. We accept no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission, or inaccuracy therein.

You can access third party websites via links from polkadot.pl. These sites are not under the control of Polkadot London Limited and we are not responsible in any way for their contents. If you decide to access any of the third party sites link to the site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Polkadot London Limited may on occasion run competitions, prize draws, wither on its own behalf, for other parties, or in conjunction with commercial partners. These will be subject to additional rules and conditions that will be made available at the time of any such competition.
We occasionally join up with third party partners to enable you to purchase products and services. d) If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community or annoying other users you may have action taken against any or all of your accounts.
e) You must not submit the same or very similar contributions many times. Please don't re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.
f) You must not use the forums to advertise a product or service.
g) Contributions containing languages other than Polish or English may be removed.
h) You must not impersonate another user or person
i) You must not use an offensive or vulgar user name
j) You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature in polkadot.pl forums. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio.
k) Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
l) You agree to only submit materials that are your own original work. You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.
The views expressed in polkadot.pl forums are those of members of the public and are not necessarily those of Polkadot London Limited.
If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to Polkadot.pl forums or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on polkadot.pl, we may use whatever information that is available about you to stop any further infringements.
We reserve the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice or explanation.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
